I ordered the BOGO Tuesday wings. I called the store.
This is what the phone conversation was like,
Me: Hello, I would like to place an order for pickup.
Employee: Name and phone number?
Me: (Gave her my phone and name)
Employee: What would you like ?
Me: I would like to order your BOGO wings 10 pieces please.
Employee: What sauces?
Me: I would like 5 Chipotle and Rest mango habanero please.
Employee: Ranch or blue cheese?
Me: Blue Cheese and celery
Employee: will be ready in 10
Me: Can you make it all flats and extra wet please
Me: Thank you
Employee: *Hangs Up*
When I went to the store and double checked the order, she had 10 chipotle and 10 mango habanero, the wings were so dried and not all flats, and the pieces were ridiculously small. I told her that's not the right order, and she said " It's already made, Can't change anything now", and I was like well can you make a new one, and she was like it's gonna be 40 more mins.
I was like but when I ordered 10 mins ago the wings were ready in 10 mins, and she said oh we are suddenly busy now.
I was like okay it's whatever, and Came home, I checked by bag, just to notice that she had put carrots instead of celery and 1 cup of RANCH, for 20 pieces wings, when I clearly said I wanted Blue cheese.
User's recommendation: Please double check and repeat your order.
Monetary Loss: $18.
