Bad management

The management at gadsden alabama location is terrible has patio open letting others in but whe. We did left us there for 20 min then said we couldn't but others were allowed they also didnt have any salt and pepper shakers said they didn't have time to clean them so was telling customers they were out of luck. As a business owner myself that is very poor management regardless of staffing issues welcome to life we all have to deal with it , i run a delivery buisness get blamed for stuff i even have proof of not being our fault. Thank you this place is way to nice to have service like this.

It was just so unorganized and what makes it even worse the store general manager reached out to us to do this fundraiser. Long story short they were not ready to accommodate us rather is was a group of us coming in at once or one by one.

I felt like they lost money that day and we did also as well.

On football Sunday before we started coming in they had one server because they told us that. They told us that people in the fundraiser walked out on their check when in reality they waited so long to the point they left. People coming trying to do the fundraiser and being told the way they know they have the fundraiser because it will be on the receipts but a lot of them didnt see the word fundraiser on them. Them not adding the fundraiser to people because they stated it during check out time.

Never being served drinking until after the food came which was well over an hour wait. Orders missing food. Tables not being cleaned off so they could get more people in.

People being advised to order online or to go but but you cant add the fundraiser to online orders. Honestly I was so embarrassed at this event and would never advise one one to do this event.

Charged credit card

Last Saturday i went to Buffalo wild wings in Burlington Mass ... it was quite busy, looked under staffed ...

i order by phone, waited 50 minutes and received no drink or food ... i tried finding someone to talk to, did speak to hostess, she went to kitchen and my order was not ready and it was backed up ... she said she can cancel it which i asked her to do and left ... i was charged $27.79

I have called the store several times, no one answer the phone ...

can i get the charge reversed please

A week ago we visited the Buffalo wild wings in Summerville SC. Order an appetizer it came to the table cold so we sent it back and reordered second time the appetizer was cold again. Gave up on ordering the appetizer ordered our main course took one hour to get our food.

Ok so I made an order for anall American burger w cheese with pickles and mustard only which was correct and fries , it did finally show up approx20mins to 30 mins after the order, I said what did u have to kill a cow, she said no and went back and another diff girl brought it out I was unhappy and she came by and I said I do not want said food cause it was late ok , her excuse to me was she was busy with carry out orders , which is ok but dont forget about the people at the bar ,she is a great young bartender and I think the world of her but I fell like she took our Freindship and used it to get ahead Im a very good paying. Customer and there daily I do not want anything to happen to her shes young and very good worker this is not the reason Im upset she has a job to do at the bar not worry about carry out customers, so please forgive me for being a lil upset I just think the bartenders are better well suited for bar work and taking care of those individuals at the bar shes is a sweet young girl and I like her company but we are paying customers too , I dont want her to be reprimanded for a stupid thing I did get heated but Im not mad I like the bar/ restaurant and will not stop from coming there unless u want me too , a lil upset but lets let it go Im ok and sorry for this on my part I hope she can and will forgive me, again Im sorry

I like how you are calling someone who is probably a GROWN WOMAN, GIRL when it is YOU who is acting like a child. If you cannot be patient stay at home and make your own food.

Her saying she is busy with other orders is NOT her making an excuse, there are other customers besides YOU in the restaurant. YOU are NOT the CENTER of the universe. The world DOES NOT REVOLVE AROUND YOU. If she works at a bar, she is obviously 21 or overs so she is a GROWN WOMAN, not a GIRL.

You are a paying customer. Same with the carry out order customers.

Complaints

The encounter I had with waitress resulted in me having a broke wrist with surgery of a plate & pins placed in wrist. I take blame in some of the incident .

District manager called me a day after incident & I very trueful to him. He stated I was welcome back in to his stores. I believe I will not step foot back into that store again. I feel retaliation from that waitress , or her close coworks or her favorite customers especially young man she was flirting with that evening.

He had words with me as well. I average one or more visits a week & always had good time . Never had a problem with customers , waitress/waiters or bartenders until that evening.

That evening cost me a nice place to hang & medical bills. Thank you for getting back

The manager and server accused my 17-year-old son of threatening to dine and dash after their food took forever to come out. This is unacceptable behavior that must be dealt with accordingly.

No High school senior should be harassed after a homecoming dance. To the tone-deaf wait staff and manager, you shouldn't have treated my son like that!! Maybe his bowtie cufflinks and velvet single-breasted suit jacket were a dead giveaway. No one likes being prejudged based on your previous experiences!!

Thanks to you his night was ruined!! I will never waste a dime patronizing your business. Treating people in this manner regardless of their age is downright despicable. I do not blame him one bit for wanting to leave.

So did he ever get his food and get to eat it? Grown adults get restless about food taking too long and walk out of restaurants all the time without eating. It is always easy to target teenagers.

He was not targeted because he us a teen. He was targeted because he was black. He did dash and dine because they were talking too long. Your another loser who thinks black people are thugs.

We want a refund because it took a while. He would have left again without paying for the food but he was being monitored and discriminated against because he is black and dashed and dined before. He was so angry that he struck his girlfriend who is dumping him and pressing assault charges. Hus special night was ruined.

He deserves his money back candy and a gift card of attention 50 dollars minimum. I will be calling them until he gets his money back and a gift card no less than 50 dollars

He probably knows exactly what his son did, and thinks that he has a right to dash and dine. The father even said he wanted to leave.

Which means he wanted to take his food and not pay for it. The the father is asking for a full refund without having him return the food.He is raising a thief, and the fact that he claims he was "discriminated:" due to a past incident makes me wonder if he did this before. Maybe he thinks it is okay since daddy does this all the time. Then to cry to his dad.

The son is a senior in high school. Not an elementary school student.

Needs to learn patience or not go out. Instead of supporting the son's rude behavior, the dad should ground him.

Our son had a 12 am curfew, the dance was over around 10 pm and a few of his friends wanted to go to Canal Winchester to BW3's. Our son and his friends arrive at the restaurant, and because he understands the ramifications of breaking his midnight curfew, was trying to either get his food to go or get home in time for curfew!! Is it making sense now dummy? Do you see how spectacularly uninformed that you are skippy?

Let me continue!! The restaurant was packed which caused a back log on food being delivered to the tables in a timely manner!! At no point did my 4.0 student threaten to dine and dash because Saturday night was the first time he heard the term! Uh oh, I am slowly destroying your stupid argument!!

The waitress who is also pig-headed and obtuse allegedly overheard someone in a crowded restaurant threaten to leave without paying and it wasn't my son you know why? Because he had enough money for him and his brother and their friends because of the extra money we gave him!! One more thing moron, he didn't get his food until 11:43 pm. Also, did I mention that he drove his car, had on a bow tie and was dressed to the nines?

I guess for idiots like you, none of that matters because in your mind, every black kid is a thug, strung out on drugs or going to prison!! Wrong again Stupid!!! He should not Dash and Dine for any reason. You son should be in juvie, so they can teach him right from wrong, since you cannot. If your son want a full return he must return the food.

Sounds to me like you are teaching your son to cheat and steal. Should be in juvenile hall where someone can correct his behavior and teach him right from wrong since you failed to do so

NFL promotion opportunity- to represent as a strong competitor against Popeyes, my father and I suggest that Buffalo Wild Wings one up the Popeyes franchise to include the Buffalo Bills in their Wings for Wings deal. The marketing and promotion needs to take place ASAP but its all there.

The company mailed me coupons and when I took it to the store the employee said their store doesn’t take coupons. Even though coupons didn’t have any conditions regarding using them. I don’t want to receive any coupons from this company anymore.

I went to the store and ordered 2 Nashville Hot Crispy sandwiches and fries. I waited there for about 30 minutes and they informed me that the food was ready for takeout. The employee gave the package and I left the store. My home was 25 minutes away. I went home and opened the package and found One sandwich and utensils. And it was poorly packaged as well. I called and they said they forgot to put the other sandwich and fries. I wasted my time waiting there and didnt get the food I paid for. Terrible service.

District manager called over the episode I encounter at Hopkinsville store. He stated I was welcome to any of his stores. I don't I will ever again step foot in that store again. I feel retaliation from the waitress I had encounter with , if not her some of her coworkers or any of her favorite customers. I average one or two visit a week but no more. I never had a bad encounter until that evening. The fall the waitress caused result in a broken wrist ending up with surgery of a plate & pins placed in it. Your store manager Harvey has went as far to say that your district manager Bobby has 86 me from the location. This weekend they refused me service and I missed the ufc 291 event.

Not only that but I been missing all the leagues cup games!!! I walked in there on Saturday night and both Zack and Laura told me that I couldn't be there. It was the most embarrassing scenario possible. I've been walking into that establishment since you've guys been opened in that elk grove location.

It was embarrassing to walk in there and have people you've known and met there see you get kicked out. When I tell them that they kicked me out for a poster they laugh and they say Harvey has a chip on his shoulder. He thinks it's his house and he got a little too comfortable with me just because I work next door. He thinks I'm one of his employees and told me " I disrespected him" when I took the poster I thought we were allowed to take.

I work next door I don't work for Harvey or Buffalo wild wings. I'm a customer as far as I'm concerned.
