Try harder to get the consumer to understand that we are their business

In Buffalo Wild Wings, I place an order. When my order comes out, I notice that my chicken has feathers on it, which I take pictures of and bring to my waitress's attention.

She involves the manager, who asks me if I would like more chicken. I respond yes, and he brings out one piece of chicken. When I ask where the rest of my order is, he tells me he has called the police and that I need to pay for my order and get out. It might sound strange, but it's also how I felt.

Then I was told chicken comes with feathers on it and they serve fresh chicken every day. If I don't pay for my order, I will be going to jail. I'm with my wife and grandkids, being told this while at the same time being told I'm trespassing and banned from BWW. The store is on 12 Mile Rd & Mound Rd.

in Warren, MI. After paying for my order while the police are there, I ask the manager for my receipt to make a complaint and was told no. I asked for his name and was again told no. I was told by the officers to make a complaint to corporate, which I have done.

I don't appreciate the way my family and I were treated and would like to be compensated for my experience and the $66.76 that I paid to have the police called on us for no apparent reason. Unhappy customer.

If you want a full refund you return the food. Otherwise you are stealinng.

If you cannot afford to eat out the visit a soup kitchen. At least if you gon to jail for not paying for your food, you get free food.

You should at least pay for the chicken you ate. That is why they called the police on you.m You refused ton pay for the food you ate.

issue not at the restaurant level but rather - they offer a rewards program and don’t seem to care that I can’t access my account due to what they say are technical difficulties that they (blazon rewards customers service) cannot do anything about

Never had issue at restaurant. Issue is the Rewards program.

Cannot get into account (more than a month). I have called -someone took tons of info from me then told me to send an email. I believe the email was robotically answered as it was apparent no one actually read what I had written. Resent it and the same happened.

Just called again and was told there was nothing she could do - it was a technical issue I would have to just wait till resolved. Upon attempting signon I'm asked to secure my account by providing my phone number. After going thru all the steps it takes me back to the signon page again only to keep repeating the same over and over.

Stuck in some kind of loop. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Family got sick from their food we should have known by the filthy bathrooms filthy Windows Doors entrance floors and carpeting in the place

I understand food prices aren't cheap and I understand some places Advertiser food is great when in fact it's frozen garbage that's no better than a gas station chicken wing. But when the setting you have to eat in or pick up your food from is absolutely filthy unsanitary and disgusting meaning the floors the doors the windows the carpeting bathrooms so disgusting that you throw up in your mouth the place should be shut down.

Extremely Poor Service / Food

The Quakertown, Pa location should be closed. They are apparently so short staffed that you cannot find anyone to seat you or wait on you.

The service, hours later, is very poor and the quality of the food is absolutely terrible compared to what it used to be. The prices have increased, which I get, but the food is less than ever. The Quakertown location, has terrible staff issues, and if I even order to go, it Never is correct.

To top it off, the place has the audacity to ask for a Tip on to go orders...and it's not correct!!! Please Shut Down this location!!!

Unpaid wages

Good morning, I am reaching out to you to discuss the steps or process for getting my pay check from Buffalo Wild Wings in Billings Mt. I have reached out to the manger Stephen several times and have not gotten a response.

My last day was April 10th, I was in training and did not get tipped out nor have I received a pay check for the hours I did work. Please advise who I can contact and or where things are at with the process of my payment.

I had multiple issues with an order on 4/10/25 (scheduled pick up order was not ready on time and it was almost 30 minutes AFTER the scheduled pick up time before it was ready, drink was missing, staff was rude) and immediately submitted feedback through the BWW website. Eleven days later and nothing but an auto reply. They obviously do not care about customers AT ALL.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. They gave me my order the way I wanted it and I got a fresh order of wedges for my inconvenience.

I returned my wings for not being made the way I asked them to be via telephone after I placed it online. The employee told me they'd make me a fresh batch the way I asked for them then gave me my old wings back with sauce on it.

When it wasn't just the fact they didn't put sauce on them alone but that they weren't extra crispy either.

Then didn't compensate me for the potato wdefes I ordered because a few were eaten because I was starving when I ordered my food. In the first place if they would have gotten my order correct I wouldn't have this issuesucks

I went 3/26/25 to the Wild Wings in Searcy, Ar. I have a registered Service Dog that has been my partner for 8 yrs. She goes EVERYWHERE i go. Shawn the GM started yelling at me telling me to leave.

The GM Shawn Austin was laud n very rude infront of other customers n emplyes. Im almost 70 n have NEVER been treated so disrespectful as the way he treated me.

I told him he needed to read up on the ADA rules. He even threaten to call the police on me if i didnt get out. The other customers didnt know what to think nor did the emplyes. As a GM he sure did NOT set a very good example.

I had a stroke 8 yrs ago, n i was so upset by the was my SD n i were treated i had to sit in my car n calm down before i could make the drive home.

I worked as a CSR running truck stops n if my employes would have treated anyone like the was Shawn Austin did me. He would NOT work for me anymore.

If this is truly a SERVICE DOG and not an ESA (emotional support animal), then your next step would have been to say "yes, please do call the police". Once the police got there, I would have asked for a report and left with that report.

I would have then contacted the ADA as well as the local media. There is a $22k fine for what the manager did. This happened just a few months ago in my city and the service animal owner went to the media, who ran the story. The manager was fired, the business made a public apology, were fined and had to do a lot of damage control.

Please contact the ADA asap as well as the corporate addresses for Buffalo Wild Wings.

You can find their address online. I would send them a certified letter.

I spoke with the Manager at Buffalo wild wings in Salisbury md. He was very nice.

He used his verbal judo and stated he's going to have a talk with the employee in question. That's exactly what I expected. I don't believe anything will be done to her. She's Caucasian and I'm African American.

The incident left a very bitter taste in my mouth.

I accept that there is little I can do. RACISM WINS AT BUFFALO WILD WINGS!

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. A peculiar-looking employee with a puff (black girl) was very rude, ignoring customers, flipping them off.

Also, an employee named Bre, who was wearing glasses, started an argument with a customer and stated, 'I will clock out and meet you outside.' The manager, named Mike, did absolutely nothing until the situation escalated! I would never eat at the BBW again!

Hair found twice in two different meals

Buffalo Wild Wings as a company and restaurant has great food and service. In this case the location in Town Center Jacksonville, FL has certain staff members that need to be rep trained on how to handle customer concerns and food safety especially the manager.

He accused me of causing a scene in front of other guests and threatened to call the police.

I offered to pay for my food and then I will leave but he said just leave. I didn't ask for any discounts or special offers as replacement for the issue but I just wanted someone to be aware of the issue so it would not continue to happen.

First of all I want to say that I have been going to Buffalo Wild Wings for a long time with my family and I never had any problems before.
I ordered 4 all American burgers and 20 piece boneless wings.
The burgers came before the wings.
We found hair in one of the burgers and I asked to speak to the manager. He came to the table and offered an exchange.

After the wings came we found another piece of hair and I asked for the manager again because I wanted him to be aware of the issue and possibly look into the kitchen staff. When he came out he was very rude, he told me that I'm causing a scene in front of other customers and asked me to leave the restaurant.

I insisted to pay first and then I will leave because it is not about the money but it is a concern that needs to be addressed. He said just leave before I call the police I don't need you to pay.
At the end I just want to say that as of today I'm not your customer anymore.

They didn't apply my app discount, the AC was not working, it was very hot inside, the walls were very dirty with dust, pretty bad. Service was very slow, the waiter sat us in a closed section, we had to be moved after being there for a while.

I would appreciate a full refund. Very disappointed.

Here is how it works. You choose to stay there.

You choose to wait. you chose to eat the food. You PAY FOR WHAT YOU ATE. If things were really that bad, you should have left.

You did not. It seems like you are looking for a free meal. Honestly, if you cannot afford to eat out. Don't.

Stay at home and have a parent make your food. Visit a soup kitchen. It is probably best you stay at home. You cannot afford the food, nor are you mature enough to wait patiently for the food.

It takes time to cook.

Should have asked for a kiddy menu and did the coloring and activities on it. It will occupy someone like you.
