Bww employee scratched the pin off my gift card on our February 4th visit and said the card was declined. I payed out of pocket and left.
Got home and checked the card balance on the bww website, said $100.
Our second visit to bww on February 24th had the same issue, card declined. Payed out of pocket and went to our vehicle to wait for the food to go. Went on the bww website again to check the card balance.
It now has $.66 on it. 66 cents.
I filed a claim and after going back and forth with bww, they informed me the card was used at a different location on February 17th and that I will not be refunded.

Customer service and Guest Relations may as well not exist. Two weeks ago, I called and spoke to a female human who said she would contact Support to report the issue of being asked to enter a phone number to confirm the account, only to have the app freeze at this point with an error message, never logging me in.
I never heard from anyone from BWW, just Pissed Customer as a follow up. I called AGAIN this morning and spoke to the same female human who said the exact same thing, that she would cut and paste my complaint to Support who would contact me in 2-3 days. I asked her if this contact would be in my account and she said it would.
So when I call back in two weeks Ill check to see if this is true. I am in doubt.

This is regarding the new store on arbor Court in Cincinnati, we have always been a long time customer of yours and decided to visit the new store they just built, the wait was 45 minutes to an hour, there were tables available we never got seated and then finally when we got seated the *** show began, we couldn't get our food we couldn't get refills our waiter disappeared, then we went and looked for the manager and he came and was very poor in his response to us, he could have cared less I never got my food I waited for an hour while everybody else ate, then they brought me my food and it was wrong and we still never got refills, nevertheless please look into the management of this store a new store that sucks and gave me the most terrible restaurant experience I've ever experienced, Steven Martin 513-999-****

Buffalo Wild Wings,
Respectfully, This is my resignation letter Monday Mrach 4th was my last working day with Buffalo Wild Wings.
As I leave Buffalo Wild Wings I would like to give these reasons so if you so choose you can make changes as to reduce further turn over rate from current employees.
1 Belittling by management and team members.
2 management that creates Chaos induced by management is not conducive to an employee friendly environment.
3 Allowing verbal abuse by employees is considered harassment, And also adds to a toxic environment that employees dont thrive to work in. I had to defend myself because management refused to take action on a verbal threat of physical abuse then I was written up for taking action when management refused.
This is a major issue I was not attempting to be disrespectful or rude but I was not going to be threated and then belittled then written up when my management team did nothing to stop the issue which got worse when the team member proceed to drag other team members into the issue.
I now have been Bullied over our chat plat form and outside of Buffalo Wild Wings.
4 Just in the short 3 months I have been here at Buffalo Wild Wings that I have watched 4 people Leave due to these reasons plus more and when they attempted to talk to management the situation was made worse.
For these reasons I have decided to Leave Buffalo Wild Wings. I hope that you take my Constructive Criticism to Heart and Fix these issues before you lose more good employees.
I enjoyed working with Buffalo Wild Wings on the Shifts I did not have the Toxic leadership on, other than that It was Toxic and Hostile and I was threatened verbally and Physically and Harassed on multiple shifts and when defending myself I was written Up.

Over Charging for adding Cheese to Potatoe wedges
This message is to make sure you pay close attention when ordering online or there app. On 3 separate occasions I order meals for a family of 4.
When I added cheese to wedges it added $11.70 to the order which I'm assuming it's supposed to be $1.70.
I'm new to ordering online but my wife tells me it's better and easier than dealing with incompetent individuals on other line of phone.
After talking to management and showing them while In store by placing a new order. The managers eyes just got bigger by disbelief. But management said did you reach out to website or app. Which we did.
Then said we'll there nothing we can do but I'll follow up with you. Almost 10 days later still no response.
We paid $35.10 more on three separate occasions that I can prove. I. Just glad I was using app the last fee times because you can go back and view orders.
Let's see of corporate can help and see how they make this right.
So far corporate hasn't been responsive. Anyone have this issue?

Issue with order
Ordered my food online, pick up time was at 5:40, didnt get my food until 5:55, went out to my car to find that all my food is wrong. I was suppose to have 5 lemon pepper boneless wings, 5 hot bones less wings, and 10 honey bbq boneless wings.
I got all traditional. Receipt stated it was suppose to be all boneless. I went back in and talk to the manager and told her my order was wrong. I then told her for all the hassle is there anything they can do to satisfy my visit tonight and she said no, the only thing they can do is refund my money or make the wings right.
So I told her I wanted my wings made right. I then got my 2nd order, went out to the car to find that there was 7lemon pepper wings, 7 hot wings and 6 honey bbq wings. All boneless. The order is still wrong.
I went back in and the manager was right there. I told her my order was wrong again and
She then told me that there is nothing else they can do for me that I need to leave there store because I was being disrespectful and cussing. I told the manager that I was not being disrespectful and I did no cuss and she then told me that she was just told by her employer that I did. I even had a someone in the pick up line waiting for there food back me up because she was right there listening the whole time.
I have an almost 5 minute video of the manager being completely rude and not making her customer first priority. I then told them I was a refund no food. The front desk lady took my last 4 digits card number down as well as my last name and date on card. She wrote it all down on a sticky note making it seem like they are making me there first priority to take care of this problem.
I was treated very poorly by the manager, she was very unprofessional in front of her staff and customers at the pick up line. Not only was It me walking in because my order was wrong but serval other customer did as well. Very disappointing I was not taken care of how I shouldve been. It took 3 times for the staff to make my order and yet still made it wrong.

Ill be waiting for a refund within 2-3 businesss days.
And will keep in touch if possible until I get my money back after I fee like they arent making it a priority. Thank you
