Pissed customer

I called in for crispy wings said No Soft Skin and that is what I received. Sorry CAN'T EAT SOFT SKIN COOK DID NOT FOLLOW DIRECTION FROM THE ORDer Please follow up on what customer order. Thank you

Not a good mgmt

They got my order wrong 2x in a day, but they didn't have it ready when said 2x want to refund I told them I never want to go back, so I lost out on my food and money. They said come get the food was replaced which I don't live close or come back another time I'm like horrible upper MGMT bc she couldn't answer so had another person answer and that's what I got

Poor customer service

We ordered 3 items for a corporate meeting. The delivery was late, there were no utensils or napkins included, and a salad was completely forgotten. I called the store to have the salad redelivered and was told that it would be quicker if I came in to pick it up. Why did I pay for delivery?? I went to pick the salad up and again, no utensils or napkins. I told the girl at the counter that we would not be using you again and she shrugged and quietly said sorry. Nothing about trying to make it better. Im very disappointed!!

Dissappointed Customer

I am a Regular customer and service is usually excellent--my last visit was absolutely horrible. Racially profiled, when asked for my food to be cooked properly-the fries were tossed on the table. I was told that door dash customers were more important, and I would have to wait until 300 people were served. I was told that myself &; guest would have to eat when our food came out in stages.

Broken glass in cold beer glass cooler

Manager proceeded to add clean bar glasses into cooler after a glass was shattered. Was brought to his attention and excuse was there is a metal grate in there. That means nothing to pieces of broken glass.

Broken glass in cold glass cooler

A glass was broken in cold glass cooler for draft beer. Manager came over and picked out a couple of big pieces he could see. As a service industry director we all know that is not acceptable. This cooler should be emptied and cleaned thoroughly. I explained this to the manager as he proceeded to put new clean glasses back in. He said it ok because there is a grate in the cooler and it would. E cleaned at end of night. We all know this does not get cleaned at end of night especially if you are adding to glasses at 9pm. This needs to be handled immediately before someones throat is cut.

Very poor customer service and management

I was placed on hold repeatedly after asking to speak to a manager when calling to let them know that my order was wrong.

Bad service bad manager

Went in had a seat. It took 47 minutes to get our food my 10year old never got her fries I never got my meal they were all done had to cancel my food that's how long it took the server only came to our table 2 no refills and the manager no customer service personality at all. Sad the food amazing but the service today horrible we go out to relax family time not to be stressed not a good experience

Complaints against a manager

After 40 min. Of waiting for service, and watching your staff play grab *** behind the counter we left. 40 min to wait without even seeing a waitress is plenty of time to wait. The service socks there.
