Because of service

We came to eat with our two kids. After waiting a while to be seated, we decided to seat ourselves. Then we're rudely informed there was a $10 cover charge per person because there was a fight on. Restaurant is empty by the way. No big deal. We wanted to watch the last 2 innings of the publicly televised Ranger game so we accepted. Eventually got a waitress and asked for menus. Got them right away! But then we're told we were obligated to order through the barcode on the table? Ordered , paid, tipped. All before getting a drink. We came to your establishment to be served. I did all the work except cooking and bringing the food to our table. Might as well at that point. I feel like I just shopped at Walmart and used self check out. Attempted to speak to management to see what I was actually paying for and was told for the QR code on the table. Not an answer to my question. I lost my appetite, payed for all the food and left well before the "fight". Is this a service industry or not? Can I even expect to go eat there as a consumer and be served or am I expecting to much? I'm lost.

Preferred solution: Just really wanna know what exactly I was paying for. That's it. No discount. No apology. Just genuinely concerned what I just payed $100 + for.

I fell outside your restaurant i hurt myself bad my husband went in told the manager on duty his name was chris in benton Arkansas on Alcoa rd my husband asked fir a bag of ice the manager started laughing well i had to go to the emergency room i have scars now and i hurt it happen this month if i have to get a lawyer i will its on camera i got pictures

Preferred solution: I mean I was injured at there door on the side walk I was treated poorly I had to go to the emergency room I hurt my right leg and hip
