They didn't apply my app discount, the AC was not working, it was very hot inside, the walls were very dirty with dust, pretty bad. Service was very slow, the waiter sat us in a closed section, we had to be moved after being there for a while.

I would appreciate a full refund. Very disappointed.

Here is how it works. You choose to stay there.

You choose to wait. you chose to eat the food. You PAY FOR WHAT YOU ATE. If things were really that bad, you should have left.

You did not. It seems like you are looking for a free meal. Honestly, if you cannot afford to eat out. Don't.

Stay at home and have a parent make your food. Visit a soup kitchen. It is probably best you stay at home. You cannot afford the food, nor are you mature enough to wait patiently for the food.

It takes time to cook.

Should have asked for a kiddy menu and did the coloring and activities on it. It will occupy someone like you.

Poor service. We waited 35 minutes, ready to leave, so I went to the desk to ask if there was a problem with our order.

We were the first people in, and others were already getting food. They asked who our server was and then I saw her sitting on a bench playing with her phone. They told her to check on our order and she immediately came with it. I ordered a salad without onions and blue cheese.

It came with both. I asked if they could change it to what I ordered; she said it wouldn't take long. The salad came with three large lettuce cores.

Very disappointed. Just wanted a good meal with the grandkids.

Fraudulent usage of my Blazin rewards

I first noticed someone was stealing my points back on December 3rd of 2023. I immediately noticed that they had changed my personal information.

They changed my name, which is Sophia Jacobs, to 'John Doe'. Then, I was mind blown when I tried to use my points but realized that I didn't have any because on July 9th, 'John Doe' made three different purchases using my points. My points that my money paid to accumulate! Those three transactions on July 9th are: 1.

3,650, 2. 600, and 3. 400. They then turned around and made another purchase on 11/27/2023 (for 1900 pts.) for a brisket!

I didn't even know BWW sold brisket. I wrote an email to an email address given to me by the manager on shift at that restaurant that day, on December 3rd, 2023. I figured, 'I accumulated all these points this year and haven't used them so I would be able to Christmas shop and not worry about spending cash on food. I have enough points to get a meal every time I'm out shopping.' Clearly, I wasn't afforded the luxury of doing so.

It shouldn't matter if I wanted to allow those points to add up for years upon years, it's my money that afforded me the luxury of deciding when and how I'd like to use my points. After sending that message, I thought they'd stop. Well, boy, was I wrong! Here I am again, I just ordered a large order from BWW and to my surprise, I check my points and not only did they change my name again, they just charged another order to my points on 04/04/2024 (for 1500 points).

I was told that I'd get my points put back the last time I sent an email to the email address given to me by the manager on shift at BWW on December 3rd. I understand mistakes happen, so it could have been an honest mistake where the manager misspelled the information given to me. I'm willing to give the benefit of the doubt. It's just that I'm extremely frustrated.

This issue is very important to me and it hits close to a very sensitive situation that I've experienced not too long ago in which I was robbed and someone had access to personal information about myself and my children. We are still dealing with the residual effects of that experience a year later. Now to add insult to injury, the points that I've been saving for rainy days have been used by someone that gained access to my account. They saw how many points I had and how often I frequent BWW, so they changed my name on the account as well as the phone number.

They must have done it either via someone that works there or someone that works for BWW is doing this. I truly hope I can get help this time.

Also, I want to update my email address because I'm sure if they've been in my account that much, they know exactly what information to give to access my account. Please feel free to email me back ASAP, I look forward to hearing from you.

Placed online order around 10:30ish (am) to be picked up at 2:50pm. I arrived at 3:15pm went to counter to get my food the carry out girl opened a door, looked, shut it and said its not here weve lost food, I dont know whats going on.

Then proceeded to ring up another lady AND answer the phone. I had to say something to her to even have her look for my food. So I ask for the manger. She comes out with a scowl on her face after making me wait for her even longer than Ive already waited.

I tried to explain why I was upset but she didnt want to listen. She went to back and came back and told me my was never prepared to begin with and that she was going to fix it now. She then started to walk away and I ask how she was planning on making it right. She said she would give me a refund but then started patronizing me saying that mistakes happen and computers make them too something about flies and vinegar and honey and I shouldnt be.

At this point I was infuriated. But never called her any names or threatened her in any way. I did, however, ask her stop talking to me like that. She then went back on her word and refused to give me a refund.

She actually said, never mind, Im not giving you one. I was told the mangers name is Michelle. Michelle is management and should act accordingly. Had she listened to me in the beginning she would have realized why I was so upset the situation.

If I wasnt in a hurry no would not have placed a future to go order hours earlier.

But mostly I was upset about how the situation was handled. The carry out girl should have checked on my order, the manager should listened to my concerns, mostly the manager should have been respectful and a woman of her word.

I think what the manager was trying to say was that you were acting like a toddler in an adult's body. People make mistakes indeed and technology often messes up. However, she should have kept her word and refunded you.

Follow up to questions

Responding to my own review due to a few questions asked. She knew where I was from.

Basically, I saw they had Boulevard Wheat, a local Kansas City beer. I was confirming that was the beer I saw, as I was not near it and I said, 'Oh nice! I can't always find that. We are from KC.' That is when she proceeded to bash the city.

She lost a sale for a beer too. It shut me and the person I was with down immediately; it was pretty out of the way to be rude and it almost seemed personal to go on about it when no one asked how she felt.

Bartender Erika is beyond rude

The bartender must think she's a gift. She went out of her way to be negative about the city we were from, which seemed very unnecessary, especially when working for tips.

She continued to talk negatively about the place to other workers in front of us. Rude. Unprofessional. The food was undercooked.

It was just an all-around negative and poor experience. This is coming from someone who never writes reviews.

I was at this location: 4801 N Arbor Ct, Cincinnati, Ohio. The main entrance doors need to be looked at.

I walked out to my truck, and upon walking back in, the right door's spring system was too tight or something. The door just stops as you're opening it and jumps, causing the door to hit me in the head. I suffered a small cut and a bad bruise. Something really needs to be done.

I was there from 5:30 till a bit after 8PM. I was in a big party of 13 and a baby. Your server was very kind to give me an ice pack.

I'm asking you to please get your door fixed before someone gets hurt worse than I did. Thank you.

To be honest, every time I go in there Im treated like crap. The owner has her family working there and all their friends so when I worked there thats when it started so I ended up leaving because I was promised a position that I was never gonna get because it was her daughters position she neglected to tell me that, butI spent way too much money there to not get a gift card that I can use at another Buffalo Wild Wings. I do not recommend Greencastle for anything at Buffalo wild wings.

I'm sorry but it is very discerning when I take my family out to your establishment and they're not up to the proper etiquette of serving very rude and one of the workers were yelling at my son for being loud that was very disappointing was 7 of us eating there I took my family there with my kids. It is funny you should mention etiquette when an employee had to make an effort to quiet your child. What were you doing while your child was being loud?

You best believe that employee spoke up because other tables were demanding something be done! You do not deserve any "recompensation", lol, so quit begging.

Where to begin. My boyfriend and I chose to eat here as the new All You Can Eat seemed enticing and we were in the mood for wings.

Getting seated was not a problem. We only waited 15 minutes. The problem was being completely abandoned by our server. After our initial order was taken, it took an hour and 15 minutes to receive just 10 wings each.

Along with those wings were sides of fries when one of us had requested celery and fries. The wings were less than subpar, by far the nastiest, saddest excuse for a boneless wing that I have ever tried. After our server had abandoned us for another 20 minutes, we then caught her and asked to place our second round of wings. We then proceeded to wait an additional 35 minutes for 6 boneless wings each.

These were given to us by a random server who didn't know his way around the store. My 6 wings were even more disgusting than the first set. I only took one bite and it tasted and smelled absolutely charred.

Thankfully, you can pay without having to interact with anyone because who knows how long it would have been for us to get our check and get out of that place. Eat here at your own risk.

Attempted more than three times to eat at this location. Each time there were more than half the tables open but we were told it would be longer than a 30 minute wait.

For what? Staff to gossip in the kitchen?

When you see empty tables, it is because either they are short-staffed and what servers they do have cannot take on anymore tables or the cooks in the back are overwhelmed and trying to catch up on current orders before getting new orders. Please educate yourself (maybe work in the restaurant industry for even a month), use some common sense and stop saying things that make you look highly unintelligent.

I have been trying to log into my account, and it keeps telling me that the system is down. I've tried deleting the app, and it's been over a week.

I had a friend create an account to see if it would let her use the app and she is able to.

Clearly, it's my account that won't work and I have rewards that I would like to use. I've emailed you guys and no one has contacted me back.

Complaints against a manager

The waiter spilled a tray of drinks down my back. I was soaked to my underwear.

However, he was devastated and couldn't apologize enough. But, your manager not once came out to see what happened or if I was ok.

Luckily, I had my clothes for the cleaners in my car, nor was a discount offered. In fact after sending fir her twice, she had a horrible attitude.
