I respect private businesses' decision to not allow firearms. But, buffalo wild wings of Morristown is stepping on our Constitution with their statement on the door. Please look at the picture.

I'm all for 2nd amendment rights. You have to understand that the 2nd amendment regulates what the government may do.

It does not apply to private businesses. You do not have the right to free speech while you are in a business. You must abide by their rules, or you can refuse to do business with them. The same also applies to the 2nd amendment.

A business may deny you the right to carry a gun.

This varies somewhat from state to state, depending on state law, since a business must have a license from the state to operate. If state law allows carrying weapons into any business, then the businesses must accept that as a condition of having their license.

The picture is obviously an edited image, and poorly done at that. The sign is perfectly rectangular in the image, while it should appear slightly narrower at the bottom due to perspective, just as the door does. And it should be obvious they wouldn't choose to word the sign that way.
