The online experience is the worst I have ever experienced.
Here I thought everything good about them until today.
Because of such bad experience is enough for me not to indulge in this establishment any more.
Your customer service is just about the bottom of the barrel.
I can see that caring for customers are not in your program.
I think I tried things for over an hour towards trying to be on your side. Because of lousy help, I see there is no care for consumer.
Here I have gift cards for your place. I won't throw away, but when gone I will not add to them.
The blazing rewards help is there on bottom as well. This is mainly reason for my being so upset.
Help and phone contact does not exist.
This must be your terrific consumer kindness.
