Waited an hour to get our food. If they were short in staff, manager should’ve stepped in and help to alleviate the long waits

Waited 10 minutes to get seated. 15 minutes for waitress to take our order.

Asked for ice cream for my grand sons (birthday). Food came an hour later. My other grandson crying because he was hungry. We were finished when we asked where our fries were.

Waitress never came to check if everything was ok. We had to chase the hostess for to go boxes. Never brought the ice cream for the bday boy.

Im very disappointed and upset because it was supposed to be special for my grandsonWe asked customer service we want to speak to corporate. Nothing yet!!

My orders were screwed up twice so the manager not said he was going to compensate me because he noticed that you know no sauces were on the order no nothing that would mean anything back and he compensated me with 100 Wings cuz I thought it was very kind and then I went to get 40 wings and they told me no you've been compensated enough then I got the wings no sauce worst place ever I will never order from there and I posted on social media not to go to the Nanuet store this was ridiculous when they're good they're good but now your managers are lying to

Customer service was great. Representative listen to my concerns asked question and was eager to help
Nect day restaurant manger called me directly, apologized for quality of food, refunded my payment and made a new order of wings and onion rings
that where delicious.
Iam satisfied and will continue to eat at Buffalo Wild Wings.
Also I would like to thank restaurant manager Dow for taking care of me.

Buffalo Wild Wings as a company and restaurant has great food and service. In this case the location in Town Center Jacksonville, FL has certain staff members that need to be rep trained on how to handle customer concerns and food safety especially the manager. He accused me of causing a scene in front of other guests and threatened to call the police. I offered to pay for my food and then I will leave but he said just leave. I didn't ask for any discounts or special offers as replacement for the issue but I just wanted someone to be aware of the issue so it would not continue to happen.

The location at the Village of Orange is terrible. Air Conditioning has been broken for weeks. Came in Monday night. Took ten min to find a server,she was the best part. They were out of chicken tenders and french fries. After 25 min finally got to order took 40 min to receive food,it was overcooked and it was terrible,potato wedges were cold mush. This cost 35 dollars. This location needs to get it act together. This isn't the first time I have had bad service.
