To complain about BW near me

I placed a carry-out order on a Thursday after my husband came home from the hospital and when I got my order home, I saw that part of it was missing and the wings were not prepared as I had requested; I could not tolerate the barbecue sauce, so I had no dinner that evening. I called and spoke with the manager who offered me the same order free of charge, so I was pleased. I went back a different day to pick up my carry-out. I gave the young man at the register a tip, but when I got to my car, I checked my order and again it was wrong, so I went back inside. The young man said nothing ( no apology), but left the register with my order. I spoke to the manager, but he never apologized nor offered me any other compensation. I again waited for my order to be corrected. No one apologized for both my inconveniences and nothing was offered to me for both my inconveniences. Why couldnt an apology be offered or a free dessert or appetizer? I am truely disappointed in Buffalo Wildwings!!

Wings for Veterans

My husband and I, both veterans went to Buffalo Wild Wings for 1st time to try free boneless wings and fries to go due to Covid 19. Boneless wings hard dry (old?) and bbq sauce ok but teriyaki gross. Fries were hard inside and out. Did you save old leftovers for free meals for veterans? We threw all out. Also they gave us to go bags with broken handles. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Very poor food. Boneless chicken wings hard and dry.

Barbecue sauce not great teriyaki sauce gross. Poor service. Fries old dry both inside and out. We received this free due to Veterans Day and was first time ever there.

We threw it all out. Insult to veterans.

Glad we did not have to pay anything. Though we did take out inside very dark gloomy and depressing.

Poor service 3 times now

I'm a young adult who has worked in the food industry many years. My friends and family love BWW but the location on Sardis Rd N and Independence has disappointed 3 times now over the span of 1.5 years.

I understand the majority of issues that occur in customer service / food industry as I've been in it many years...

but the staff at this location can't even fake wanting to be there. The most recent visit took 20 minutes for us to be seated in an empty restaurant. When someone finally saw us we watched him tell the waitress she would get our table, and she rolled her eyes and looked visibly upset at it. Once we were seated, she proceeded to do her closing duties like sweep the floor instead of greeting us.

We decided to leave.

Other occasions were similar experiences. Unfortunately I will not continue giving service to this location anymore and have a general distaste to BWW in general.

Picked up food, it was ready and did not have to wait. Got the 20/20 meal. Bone in wings smelled and tasted spoiled, could not eat them had to throw them away. Ordered 5 ranch 2 blue cheese and celery and carrots. Only got blue cheese NO ranch.. Only carrots no celery. Fries were cold and hard.

WtfDeadFood was all messed up. The kitchen was all scrambled and couldn't get food out fast enough, nor right. After sending back my husband's 2 different occasions because it wasn't right. The server, poor dude was doing his best and they tried to blame the food being messed up on him like he was even working the kitchen or something. What wasn't wrong at the BDUBS in West Palm Beach Florida. Sent food back because it was literally cold, which I tore apart and had the server feel Crazy, terrible, and never going back that's for sure!

Bad customer service

It was today when I order on the Buffalo Wild Wings in Newburgh I received cold food and my fries were cold and hard like they been out all day and my chicken sandwich was cold and no one was trying to help me or the customer that was next to me who was waiting 30mins plus then after that customer left I had to wait 30 minutes. But the app said my order was ready to be picked up @4:16 and when I asked the waiter if my food was ready she didnt come back until another 10mins has pads and said my order is ready but isnt in the bag yet. It shouldnt take another 20 mins after that just bag up my order and they didnt even put napkins in the bag...
