My food was hard and super crispy, I wanted traditional instead of boneless.wings were very very dry I was going to let it go until I called the store and the person who answered was pretty mean to me. I was really looking for the wings especially because I never splurge on expensive food. Also delivery driver forgot my $4 drink

They don't care that someone hacked my rewards three times, and keep replenishing almost 4,000 points each *** with the hacker ordering more food. Even with me changing passwords, signing out and back in. The Blazin Rewards was a waste of time, and so was the corporate office. I'm tired of no security on their app, and the hacker somehow knowing when they replenish and orders more food before I can use it up! They've lost out on $80 of food now, and hopefully no more. It's sickening!

No one has called me back. The food was raw. The service was disgusting. The manager shouldnt have been a manager. And Im still waiting for somebody to call me back. I asked for extra sauce. And they gave me too much sauce where it wasnt even edible.

My family and I visit the Newnan Georgia location every Saturday to watch the game well this past Saturday dec 3 2022 there was hair wrapped in the tortilla for the chicken wrap we brought it to the manager rods attention and he wanted to argue with the entire table about where the hair came from and then our server came back with well was it white or black

Horrible service

very disturbing about the way I was treated its been 6 hours and still very disturbing there was just a little piece of lettuce on the table the waiter had a cloth and cleaning bottle all he had to do was wipe the table and get me something to drink instead I was told to move go to the host stand to wait there was no line and many open tables. I am very disturbed about this and would like to speak to the district manager last weekend I waited over thirty minutes for a salad that never came to the table

Preferred solution: My points put back on my account. I called the store (which was in another state) and told them that I hadn't placed the order. Saved them some money I would think. It would be nice if they'd just put my points back on my account

It was my 1st time ever going to a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant. It was a horrible experience.

I wouldn't even want my worse enemy to eat at Buffalo Wild Wings. The food and service was awful. I want my hard earned money back. The chicken was overcooked to the point the meat & skin was so tough I thought I would break a tooth.

I had to complain to the manager for a replacement order of the chicken wings only to have the chicken come back 20 mins later even more nastier, tougher and drier than the first chicken. I miss two trains because of this mockery of a restaurant..

2 hours wasted on food I had to throw away. Even my dog didn't like it.

Service Denied

Hi,

I wanted to write this email, to inform that on the night of Nov 23, 2022. I took my wife who's disabled to one of your location, for a quick bites and some drinks.

It was an hour before closing, thus most of the stations were closed. Only the HIGH TOPS were available. The server and the Manager would not allow us to sit on a near by station, even after I told them that she was disabled and could not sit on those high top tables. That night they DENIED US SERVICE, and being in the business myself, I felt like it was illegal to deny service based on a disability.

The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) came to mind.. I like Buffalo Wild Wings and have eaten there many of times, this is an FYI , letting you know what's going on in your establishment.

We were very disappointed by this, and would like for you to fix it.

You were not denied service, the tables you wanted were not available. It was not based on disability, it was based on seats available.

Maria was very rude and unpleasant as well as un professional, when explaining the reward points. Hence body language speaks volumes and she was smerking and acting like immature child. However,the manger Erika was a doll and helpful if that was her name.

You want me to pay 99 cents plus tax to come to your establishment to pick up a to go order. Won't be back again you lost a customer offer 99 cents plus tax which I find skechey since there is no product. I guess there is some type of service I will check with the state. You lost a customer offer 99 cents. What a bunch of jerks.
